Binghamton, N.Y.: Chronicle Pub., 1902. This scarce hard cover first edition contains snippets of upstate New York life during the Civil War era, contained in short poems by author Wilder. Most are religous vignettes, some recollections of Coventry NY townsfolk, there is even a dirge regarding the death of President Lincoln, 5.5" x 8.5" with 83 pages. Green cloth cover with light wear, some discoloration. Ex-library copy, but with mild markings; white dewey decimal number on spine, and card slot in rear, writing on the front endpaper, browned pages. Black and white photo frontis of author. A wonderful piece of Americana.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Collectible-Good/No Jacket. Illus. by Illustrated.
