Sigrid Undset portrays against a rich background of pageantry, the complete life-history of Kristin Lavransdatter from early childhood to old age. Winner of the Nobel Prize in 1928. Bound in a green flexible cloth lettered in gilt, spine gilt with title blocked in black, corners lightly bumped, in unclipped dust jacket with chipping to corners and spine ends.
