About This Item

London: Chatto and Windus, 1960. A first edition, first printing published by Chatto and Windus in 1960. A near fine book with a trace of spotting to the page block. Some bumping to the head and base of the spine. In a very good+ unclipped wrapper with some slight chipping to the extremities. A noticeable chip is evident on the bottom edge of the front cover. Some browning on the reverse. The L-Shaped Room was made into a film in 1962 with significant differences from the book!
