This is an Advanced Reader's Edition (aka ARC). It is a stated first edition and has a number line starting with 1. Deckle fore-edges. Page edges very slightly brown. Book is unread, unmarked, tight, and bright. Caused quite a stir when first published. Author self-published an earlier version of this book in 2007 (Flap Jacket Press).
