Quarter bound in brown calf, brown textured boards, gilt decorations, gilt titles and decorations on the spine, four raised bands. Turquoise endpapers. Top edge dyed brown, others sprinkled. By Dr. Chase's Book Bindery Ann Arbor (tag.) A few leaves excised between endpapers and title page. Hinges starting, corners bumped, edges and spine chafed. Produced by members of the Methodist Episcopal Church. Engravings listed in the index are not present, perhaps on wraps discarded in binding.
