This is the story of Pat Neff who built a life of legend in two areas; politics and university administration. He served two terms as the Governor of Texas (1921-25) and 15 years as the president of Baylor University (1932-1947). A gifted orator and persuader he was friends with American Presidents and launched many programs that improved Texas and are lasting monuments today. Includes signed letter from David Scott announcing the book's publication and a trifold order form. A clean pristine copy.
