About This Item

Richmond: Old Dominion Press, 1924. Hard Cover. Very Good binding. Octavo. [1]-348, [2]; [8], 349-724, [2] pp., frontis, plates, maps. First edition. As issued, in red, textured cloth; all plates and maps, including the folding map in the rear pocket of Volume I, are present as called for. A reasonably bright copy of a fairly uncommon title to find in this the first edition. Spines are just a bit darkened; only very light rubbing to extremities; some foxing/browning to the textblock edges; but the content are largely free of any foxing; small closed tear and crease to the frontispiece of Volume I.
