SIGNED BY GILBERT PARKER - A good 1900 reprint hardcover in rubbed aged and somewhat soiled decorative green cloth covered boards with blocked illustration of pine trees and bright gilt lettering is bumped rubbed corners and edges, the aged spine with dulled gilt lettering is rubbed to the edges and very bumped and rubbed to the ends, SIGNED BY GILBERT PARKER ON THE FRONT ENDPAPER, foxed endpapers with a stain in the middle of the gutter edge which continues for a few pages and does not affect the text in any way, unmarked toned pages a little soiled and foxed to the text block edges. Arguably one of Parker's finest works. Carefully packaged and posted within 48 hours from our wee bookshop in Scotland. .
