Paris: Editions Vasco, 1946 8vo. original plain card boards in paper wraps (a little rubbed along spine with minor tearing to head cap, endpapers offset, else clean & bright throughout); pp. 132 (last blank), with illustrations. Text in French. A nice copy of a fragile book, near fine. Rebuffat's first book and the forerunner to 'The Mont Blanc Massif. 100 Finest Routes', in fact the first of the compendium tick list volumes (Im Extremen Fels, Hard Rock etc etc). This is the only edition and it is uncommon, especially in such nice condition. There is no English language edition.. First Edition. Hard Cover. VG+.
