Venice: Andrea Poletti, 1700. 2nd Edition. Very Good. Venice, Andrea Poletti, 1700 [second edition]/ [1692]. Small quarto, xiv, 328 pages with a woodcut vignette on the title page plus 3 full-page engravings of horses. Contemporary full vellum slightly worn at the extremities; light waterstain to the seven preliminary leaves and the first plate; tidemark to the top and bottom margins throughout; essentially a very good copy with a much later bookplate on the pastedown.
