New York: Holt, Rinehart and Winston, 1982. First edition. Hardcover. SIGNED. 158pp. Oblong quarto [18.5 cm x 26 cm] Brown paper covered boards with a silver stamped title on the spine and a blind stamped title on the front cover. Very good. The edges of the covers are gently bumped and rubbed. The rear cover is slightly damp stained and soiled. The rear pastedown is very lightly soiled. Several pages at the center have very small nicks in the fore edge margins. The dust jacket is in good condition. Lightly rubbed. The rear panel is damp stained and mildly browned and soiled. The inside flaps are yellowed. There are a couple of short closed tears in the edges of the front inside flap. Signed by John Nichols on the front free endsheet.
