Paris, Albin Michel, Les Grandes Livres Du XX’ Siecle. 1922 1st Limited Numbered Edition 145/582.. Tall paperback, approx 13 x 10 inches. Brown paper covers lettered in black and red on front and spine, B&W illustration to rear. Cover in glassine jacket. In hard card slipcase, slipcase with black cloth to edges and patterned brown covering. In very good condition with good slipcase. (Slipcase has some minor and general rubbing to edges and a couple of minor marks to paper covering.) Cover clean and smart, a couple of nicks to glassine wrap on a couple of corners and ends of spine. Main cover some rubbing to ends of spine and corners. Front endpaper gathering a little loose between halftitle page. Inside pages all very clean, bright and tight throughout. Pages clean and free of marks or spots. Edges rough cut. Numbered 145 at front. Else an excellent clean and tight copy. 195pp. Illustrated with twenty-four original etchings by Lobel Ritche.
