About This Item
Boston: D.C. Heath and Company, 1932. Hardcover. Edited by A.H. Dahlstrom. Illustrations by Kurt Wiese. 12mo. Blue blind-embossed cloth. xii, 197pp. Frontispiece, line drawings. Very good. Spine faintly sunned and slight fraying at head and tail of spine, else quite tight and nice, internally near fine; institutional bookplate on front pastedown. Attractive first edition of these "Scoundrel Stories" by this comic chronicler of Bavarian life -- a teaching edition, with vocabulary list at the close.
