New Haven: E.B. Sheldon Company for S.P. Thrasher, 1894. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 95pp. Black cloth, gilt lettering. Boards show little wear except for gnawing damage to lower half of spine and 3 small damages to upper half of spine, tiny spots on 4 pages of index, contents are otherwise clean and unmarked, gilt lettering is bright. A compilation of the liquor laws of Connecticut, designed for the use of "all citizens who take a proper interest in the welfare of the community to which they belong". Discusses statutes such as bribery, gaming, drunkards, obscene literature, licenses, billiard rooms and Sundays. The original 1894 publication, not a recent reprint.
