New York: Hawthorn Books, Inc., 1974. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Originally published in 1900, this copy is a New and Revised Edition, copyright 1974. Third printing thus. Hardcover with black boards, backed in red cloth, with black titling to the spine. 800+ illustrations in b&w. Binding square and firm. Light impressions to endpapers from a bulky jacket cover now removed. Dust jacket a little edge worn with a couple of small rubs to the front face where, presumably, a price sticker was removed. No markings.
