Included is a handwritten letter and mailing envelope containing around 75 words signed and dated by Larry McMurtry concerning the sale of the stock of Cahill's Bookstore. At the time, McMurtry was expanding his stock at his Archer City, TX, location. Book is protected in a custom cut clear mylar cover. All books are carefully wrapped and shipped in a box..
