VG/G. 8vo. original red cloth gilt (slightly rubbed & sunned, occasional marks, leaf edge toning, offsetting) in dustwrapper (rubbed & frayed with occasional chipping, separated along folds, some marking & toning); pp. unpaginated (last colophon), with illustrations. A very good copy in a torn, but largely complete jacket. The author's personal reminiscences and recounting of legends of the Ugarapul. The Ugarapul country extended from Ipswich up to the summit of the Macpherson Range and mountain peaks in the South, and in the west to the top of the Dividing Range (NLA). . First Edition.
