The book and its contents are in clean, bright condition. The text pages are clean and bright. The endpapers have noticeable toning. The dust jacket is complete, but completely detatched at the front spine joint. There are several other small edge tears to the dust jacket and nicks along with some beginning toning. Including are: The Maid of Tamalpais, The Twin Guardians of the Golden Gate, The Sea Gulls, The Islands of the Bay , and, The Lake of Merita. .
