Written from Holly Lodge, Kensignton, London, February 23, 1857. Written to J. H. Herbert, Esq. The letter reads "Sir, I have never had a private secretary; and I never heard of such a person as Mr. Winthrop Park. I have [three words indecipherable], your obedient Servant [signed] TBMacaulay.
