Some minor shelf wear to corners and extremities. Interior is clean and unmarked except a small date stamp on the inside back cover (1971). Preliminaries in Latin, else Greek. Second volume of revised edition (1st, 1928) of the 5 volume Byzantine Suda, an encyclopedic lexicon, written in Greek, with 30,000 entries, many drawing from ancient sources that have since been lost, and often derived from medieval Christian compilers. ; Lexicographi Graeci; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 740 pages .
