The spine is sunned to tan, which is usual with blue bindings. Inner dentelles, marbled endpapers. SIGNED BINDING by Riviere and Sons. Owner's signature in a small neat hand on a front preliminary page. Fully illustrated with twenty-eight drawings in pen and ink by Adrian De Friston and many contemporary portraits. Portrait frontispiece with tissue-guard. Fresh and crisp copy throughout. 368pp. Housed in a custom slipcase. Cellini (1500-1571) was a Florentine goldsmith, sculptor, author.
