Well read and worn, spine wear at all edges, chipped at head and heel. Gilt on spine clear & clean. 1960's newspaper portrait of CB taped to free front endpaper. Contemporary signature on title page Geo G. Smith. One will presume that this is not her publisher, who went only by George Smith. Title page tipped in tightly.
