Boston: The Boston Music Co, 1913. First edition. Hardcover. Very good+. With Ethelbert's tipped in signature (from an envelope) at frontispiece! Plated copper cloth boards in original slipcase, small quarto [7.5" x 9.75"], illustrated in b&w. Book has wear to spine ends, binding tight, text has foxing to endpapers, text clean and unmarked, but edges of block are foxed. No DJ. Slipcase cracked and worn at joints and hints, chipping paper and mild loss, soil.
