Gilt lettered title on the spine. Ex-library book with removed label from spine, pasted down label on the front paste down, blind embossed stamp and numerals on the title page. The front and rear hinges are cracked. The first 6 preliminary pages are chipped and a few are loose. A few pencil check marks to the first three pages. A fair copy. O' Connor was a politician from South Carolina.
