Maroon leather-like (or possibly leather) textured boards, gilt spine titles w/several bands, light shelf wear. Heavy stock, smooth coated pages fine; no writing. Green marbled endpapers similar to original in hues of green and white. Monticello label at front endpaper w/water color image of Jefferson's home in classical monochromatic navy: "Monticello. This Article Purchased from the Monticello Gift Shop. Charlottesville, Virginia." String bind, fine; hinges intact. Fine, heavy, book craftsmanship as the original. From "Material Extracted Textually from the Gospels in Greek, Latin, French, and English." Presents a complete facsimile reproduction of Jefferson's Bible in which is underscored the passages from the Gospels directly related to words and actions of Jesus.
