London: Henry G. Bohn, 1848. Hardcover. Near Fine. Ten volumes. Engraved illustrations. 12mos. Half green morocco with marbles paper over boards, marbled endpapers, topedge gilt, and gilt spine with raised spine bands. Near fine with a touch of rubbing to some of the edges and neat contemporary pencil notes and name ("H.G. Lippincott") in the first volume only. A nice set of this classic literary biography.
