Minor shelf wear. Hinges overopened but tight. Small nick to cloth at left edge of spine. Very good condition.
This is an antique first edition biography of John A. Logan, a decorated Union general in the American Civil War. Logan was an Illinois native who has been memorialized frequently around the state, including as the namesake of Chicago's Logan Square.
