St. Anthony Guild Press, Patterson, NJ, Jan., 1957, First Edition. VERY GOOD H.C. in Good D.J.; 138 p.ps., 5.5+x7.5+" with drawing by Harry Horodeck. Subtitled "Life of St. Peter Chanel, Marist, the First Martyr of Oceania." J. Cloupeau of France; was the author. Darby, also a Marist, translated for young readers. The gray cloth on boards cover has green imprinted letters & palm tree on fr., letters only on spine; light spine end curls & very light corner wear. Inside is blemish free. The D.J. overall is okay but has several small spine end chips, one on fr. by spine, & several small tears; most tape repaired to prevent further damage. Book is VERY GOOD; DJ is GOOD.
