A Review copy. 320pp., bound in green cloth, spine lettering gilt, some off-setting to endpapers, spine ends sunned, a very good copy in the scarce unclipped pictorial dust jacket which has two large pieces torn away from spine ends. A very good copy, of which there were only 1500 copies published.
