1922 hardback as pictured. The biography of William H. Hunt as written by his son. This volume is inscribed by George Thompson, a great grandson of William Hunt, to his own son, a great great grandson of the subject. Binding is generally intact though at least one page is loose and both hinges are cracked. Quarter bound in blue paper and white cloth. Boards are soiled and worn. Corners are bumped with exposed cardboard. Inscription as noted above on FFEP. Water stain on title page. Tissue guarded frontispiece portrait plus 26 other tipped in illustrations, a few of which are partially detached. Text is clean. Several pages have explanatory annotations. No dust jacket.
