Original plain boards with paper spine label; octavo; xv, [2], 156 pp. Inscribed on front endpaper by the author to "Mr. and Mrs. W.B. Kollmyer, with affectionate regards of Edward Robeson Taylor. San Francisco, April 6, 1906." W.B. Kollmyer was at one time Taylor's law partner. Edward Robeson Taylor (1838-1923) practiced law in San Francisco and was mayor of the city 1907-10. Printed by the Stanley-Taylor Co., San Francisco. Title poem was originally published in 1902, this 1906 edition adds many more of the author's verses. Scarce.
