VG hardcover in Fair-Plus dust jacket, Random House 1948. BOMC: Book of the Month Club edition. Grey-green cloth covers with gold lettering – still clean and bright. Three corners are sharp, the fourth is gently bumped. Binding is solid. Previous owners name in small neat cursive on flyleaf page. Inside covers and pages are very slightly age tanned. Dust jacket is bright but has a 2-inch closed tear. Portions of the top and bottom edges have chipping that was reinforced with plastic tape (now browned with age). Otherwise Clean: No notes, stamps, stickers or other marks. We ship within 24 hours in most cases.
