Bound in teal green publisher's cloth. Gilt seal debossed on the cover, with gilt lettering on the spine. Teal top edge. Deckled foredge. Endpapers are a map of St. Simons Island and the mainland of Coastal Georgia in dark red on a beige background. Signed on the title page by the author. Includes afterward. 342 pp. Moderate external wear with some light soiling. Completely unmarked except for the author's signature. Hinges are strong and the binding is sound. A very nice, solid copy. VG. Eugenia Price (1916-1996) was an American author best known for her religious and self-help books, and later for her critically acclaimed historical novels which were set in the American South. This book, "Lighthouse", is the last in her "St. Simons Trilogy", along with "The Beloved Invader" (1965), and "New Moon Rising". One of her historical series, Price based this trilogy on real people, after extensive research. (1969) Full refund if not satisfied.
