Quarter claret cloth gilt with printed paper-covered boards, DW, tall 8vo., 79, (1) pages, facsimile illustrations in several colors. One of 600 copies designed by John Ryder and attractively printed at the Stellar Press. This copy was presented to Anthony (Mackay Miller) by John Ryder, "in recognition of his help", and signed by the author. With bibliographic notes concerning thirty writing masters and references to all facsimiles available. Erratum slip laid in. A clean, fine copy in a near fine DW, in archival mylar.
