Tightly bound. interiors without markings. This appears to be the first trade edition of 'about 5,000 copies', so sayeth Ahearn's Author Price Guides -- Vol. III (Quill & Brush, 2001), but it is difficult to be certain. According to the 'James A. Michener Special' issue of 'Firsts: Collecting Modern First Editions' (Volume Five, Number Four, April, 1995'), Literary Reflections: Michener on Michener, Hemingway, Capote and Others includes 'No statements of printings' to indicating a First Edition, but does not tell us if non-Firsts Do include such statements. [213 pp.]
