London: Thomas Nelson and sons, no date [1922]. No edition stated, but presumed first edition (hardback). 12mo (15cm by 15cm), 72pp. Illustrated throughout, with the illustrations printed in two colours (red and black). Original cream-coloured boards, with a 2-colour illustration to the front board. This is a tatty copy of the second book featuring Rupert the Bear; the spine is missing, the boards are rubbed and scuffed, the contents are thumbed and there is a gift inscription to the front free endpaper. Suitable as a binding copy.
