Toronto: Macmillan of Canada. Very Good in Very Good dust jacket. 1959. Reprint. Hardcover. 252 p. 21.5 cm. Sound and square binding in cloth-covered boards. Light fading along the edges. Top edge of two leaves have some crinkling. Endpapers are lightly discoloured and text block edges and pages slightly toned. Dust jacket has a closed tear and some corner and edge wear and creasing. A fictionalized account of a girl and her violin. Based on the true story of Donna Grescoe, a girl from Winnipeg with Ukranian roots, and who went on to get music scholarships in the U.S. Illustrated with black and white drawings. .
