Lovell, Coryell & Company. 1892. Very Good; Hardcover; 16mo 6" - 7" tall; Probable First illustrated edition. Published by Lovell, Coryell & Company in 1892, no additional printings indicated. In two volumes, bound in dark red cloth; gilt and lavender stamping.; top edge gilt. Frontis portrait, 10 etchings by Ritchie. Cloth cover clean, bright, lightly rubbed; gilt design a bit tarnished. Firm binding. Endpapers and preliminary pages moderately foxed. Three of the etchings show light foxing in the margins, some tissue guards also foxed. Text pages clean, bright. No names or markings. .
