[8.25x5.25in]; viii, 9-660 pp., numerous woodcut illustrations; Dark brown cloth covers with gilt lettering on spine with gilt and blind ruled lines, blind stamped decorations on front and back, all edges trimmed; Minor shelf wear to covers, corners and edges, corners bumped with some wear through, top and bottom of spine worn and frayed, spine slightly faded, prior owners ink and pencil signatures on end paper and title page, remains of stamps on end paper, age toning of text with occasional minor foxing.
