Eight-volume Set; A very nice complete eight-volume set of this well-regarded translation, or rather, duo of translations, since the translator into English worked from a prior translation into French. This is number 238 of a limited edition of 500 copies. I assume that 500 were published for the Shakespeare Head Press by Basil Blackwell for the British market and an additional 500 by Houghton Mifflin for the American market, but as the edition statement reads "Five hundred copies of this edition have been printed in Great Britain for sale in the United States of America", I am guessing that this set is identical to the Basil Blackwell set and that although Houghton Mifflin is the publisher of record, the same press actually produced both printings.
