London: Jarrolds, 1956. First Edition. Hard Boards. Very Good/Good Plus. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾. Rudland. pp320, ( black and dark green spine) 1956. First edition. A very good, tight clean copy in a good plus wrapper. Original publisher's boards - gilt embossed to the spine. No inscriptions. The wrapper has been price-clipped by the publisher. Some chipping of the wrapper at the head of the spine with slight loss of text and smallish chips to each corner at the tail of the spine of the wrapper. Slight chips to the corners too. A 2cm tear along the front flap now expertly repaired. A very good copy in a good plus wrapper.
