One of 300 numbered copies (of an unspecified total edition; this is number 227), signed and numbered by O'Hara in blue ink on limitation page. Bound in full black cloth, gilt-stamped spine and upper cover, blue endpapers, top edges stained blue, foredges untrimmed; lacking publisher's slipcase as noted.
