About This Item
London, Printed for The Company of Stationers, 1791 1st. Miniature hardback, approx 6 x 3.5 cm. Maroon leather fine binding, with red and blue leather to boards with gilt decorations and spine. Marbled endpapers, full gilt page edging. In matching miniature slipcase. In very good condition. Slipcase is quite rubbed, most of the blue portion has rubbed away, small chips to top (opening) edges. Cover rubbed on spine, chip to bottom edge of front board and chipped along leading edge. Darkening to January page of almanack, page is torn and pasted back in, slightly misaligned. Else a clean and tight copy. Four-page frontis “View of Queen’s Lodge and Castle at Windsor.” 24pp. Includes Table of Kings and Current Coins.
