London, UK: Michael Joseph, 1949. 1st Edition 5th Impression. Hardcover. Good/Good. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. 128pp. Orange cloth-covered boards with silver titles to front and spine. 12mo. Corners rounded with front bottom corner moderately bumped. Moderately cocked. Text block edges lightly tanned. Front free endpaper clipped diagonally with loss of approx 33%. Pages lightly tanned otherwise neat, clean and tight. Dust jacket sun-faded, small tears and wear along top edge and spine ends, tear of approx 6cm going up and across spine. Small loss to bottom front corner, not price clipped.
