The dustjacket is NOT price clipped, but there MAY be the tiniest fading to the base colours of the spine, but all lettering, etc, very clear and bright - IF it has faded it is negligible - the 3/4 wrap-over design is intact and all detail/images visible and clear. There is a small (1/2 cm triangular) surface/paper loss to the top front corner of the d/j spine, and a small nick (0.1cm) on the other side of the top of the d/j spine - both losses now coloured to match the blue of the d/j and goes unnoticed unless you really squint hard at it, as the dustjacket is now in a new protective clear - removable - bookfilm plastic cover and looks Fine. NO Inscriptions or Marks. The page edges/paper is, as usual, uniformly but lightly browning (type of paper used). (8) + 282 pp. Overall a VG copy, Very Clean, Tight and Bright. Synopsis

John Harvey is the author of the richly-praised sequence of ten Charlie Resnick novels, the first of which, Lonely Hearts , was named by The Times as one of the ‘100 Best Crime Novels of the Century.’ In 2004, William Heinemann published Flesh and Blood , the first novel featuring retired Detective Inspector Frank Elder.
