8vo 4.5"x7.5".VG clean tight copy, some tanning on edges of back d/j and a slight dimple on the front cover and d/j but barely visible.Mylar cover. The author was a faculty member at SFSC when the student protests began about a black studies course. The ensuing protests became violent and bloody enough to bring in the San Francisco police and cause a national stir.S.I. Hayakawa was the lightening rod for the protests. This is one of the seminal events of the 1960'-1970's civil rights protests.
