Longmans, Green and Co., 1952. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1952. No Edition Remarks. Unpaginated. No dust jacket. Grey cloth boards with lettering. Contains black and white illustrations throughout. This is book III pages 353 - 544. Hinges are slightly cracked with exposed netting. Slight crinkling to gutters however binding remains firm. Pages and illustrations are heavily tanned with noticeable foxing. Pencil and pen Annotations and marginalia to pages, pastedowns and free endpapers. Minor dog-eared corners. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing and splits to spine ends and rub wear all over. Heavy tanning to spine and edges. Lettering is bright and clear.
