About This Item
UsedGood. 1949 printing. Hardcover in original price-clipped dust jacket. DJ chipped at edges, larger 1 in. tears to back cover and top of spine with a few pieces missing. Scuffing and general wear with age, book has been handled. Spine cracked from use, but all pages intact. Mild yellowing to page edges. Text clean, no underlining. A good copy.
Reviews
On Dec 6 2018, a reader said:
This is a classic dance review book. Subsequent mainstream reviewers (e.g., Gina Kouris, Alastair Macauley) literally stand on his shoulders. Serious dance aficionados will enjoy reading his critiques, even though the dancers of whom he writes are long gone.
