All three volumes have a section of color illustrations on glossy stock. Volume A: 978-0-393-92717-7 The Middle Ages; 484 pages followed by multiple appendices Volume B: 978-0-393-92718-4 The Sixteenth Century, The Early Seventeenth Century, pagination continues to page 2,055 followed by multiple indices Volume C: 978-0-393-92719-1 The Restoration and the Eighteenth Century; pagination continues to page 2,904 followed by multiple appendices All three volumes have a few pages titled "Poems in Progress" in which the text is marked with asterisks and cross outs. This is the original page design and not writing in the textbook. Covers have edgewear, volume A has a creased bottom corner, volume B has some curled page corners at the top and and worn top corner. We noted no writing or underlining in the books. No extra shipping charges if sent via US Media Mail.
