Very Good. 8vo, full contemporary vellum with red and dark brown gilt spine labels, very good, light soil and wear to covers, , contents very good, bookplate of Thomas Williams, Dean of Llandaff, edges stained red. paginated 851-1696, corrigenda at end of final page. The editor, Ernesti, is now known for his theological work, as he has been called the first to separate the hermeneutics of the Old Testament from that of the New Testament. His edition of Cicero was published between 1737 and 1739. This volume has orations Pro L. Flacco, Pro Archia Poeta, Pro P.
